Agreeing to these terms

These terms cover your use of this website and any insulation work you hire Tifton Spray Foam Insulation to do. By using the site, asking for an estimate or booking a job with us, you agree to them.

If you don't agree, please don't use the site or book work with us. You can read more about who we are on our About page, or go back to the home page at any time.

What we do

Tifton Spray Foam Insulation is an insulation contractor in Tifton, GA. We install, add to and remove insulation, seal air leaks and put down vapor barriers in homes and commercial buildings in Tifton and the cities around it.

The service descriptions on this site are general. What we'll actually do at your house is what's written in your estimate, because every attic, wall and crawl space is different once we're in it.

Estimates and pricing

We give free on-site estimates, and asking for one doesn't obligate you to anything. An estimate is based on what we can see and reach on the day we visit.

Your price depends on the size of the area, the material you choose, how much old insulation is already up there and whether any of it has to come out first. If we open up a space and find something the estimate didn't account for, such as wet or contaminated insulation, damaged framing or hidden gaps, we'll stop, show you and agree on any change with you before we do the extra work.

An estimate is good for the period written on it. After that, prices for materials may have changed, so we may need to update it.

Scheduling and cancellation

We'll set a start date with you once you accept the estimate. Weather, material delivery and earlier jobs running long can move a date, and if that happens we'll tell you as soon as we know and find a new day that works.

On the day of the job, you agree to give our crew safe access to the work area and to move stored items out of the way, or let us know ahead of time if you need help with that. If foam is part the job, we'll tell you beforehand when everyone, including kids and pets, needs to stay out and when it's safe to come back, and you agree to follow that timing.

If you need to cancel or reschedule, call us at (229) 479-8005 as early as you can. If we've already ordered special materials for your job or our crew arrives and can't get in, we may charge for those costs, and we'll tell you what they are.

Payment

Your estimate or invoice will say how much is due, when it's due and how you can pay. Some jobs need a deposit before we order materials or schedule the crew, and if yours does, the estimate will say so.

Payment is due when the work on your invoice is finished unless we've agreed in writing to something else. If a balance goes unpaid, we may pause any remaining work and use the usual legal steps available in Georgia to collect it.

Our guarantee and what it doesn't cover

Our work is backed by our satisfaction guarantee. If something we installed isn't right, call us and we'll come back and look at it.

Insulation products carry the maker's own warranty, and those warranties come from the maker, not from us. We'll pass along whatever paperwork the maker provides.

We don't promise a specific drop in your power bill or a specific indoor temperature, because those depend on your heating and cooling equipment, your ductwork, how the house is used and the weather. Our guarantee also doesn't cover damage from roof leaks, plumbing leaks, pests, storms, other contractors' work or changes someone else makes after we leave. Apart from what's written here and in your estimate, the site and our services are provided as they are, without other promises, to the extent Georgia law allows.

Limits on our liability

We're licensed and fully insured, and we stand behind the work we do. To the extent Georgia law allows, our total responsibility for any claim connected to a job is limited to the amount you paid us for that job.

We aren't responsible for indirect losses, such as lost use of a room, lost income or higher utility costs, or for problems that were already in the house before we started. Nothing in these terms limits any responsibility that Georgia law says can't be limited.

Using this website

The information on this site is general and isn't advice for your particular house. We try to keep it accurate, but we don't promise it's complete or current, and your estimate is what counts for your job.

The text and images on this site belong to Tifton Spray Foam Insulation. Please don't copy them for commercial use without asking us first. If the site links to another website, we don't control that site and aren't responsible for what's on it.

Settling disagreements and Georgia law

If you're unhappy with something, call us first. Most problems get sorted out quickly once we're back at the house and can see what's going on.

If we can't work it out together, these terms and any job we do are governed by the laws of the State of Georgia. Any claim will be handled in the courts that serve Tift County, Georgia, unless the law requires otherwise.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time, and the version on this page is the one in effect. A job you've already booked stays under the terms that applied when you accepted the estimate, unless we both agree in writing to change them.

Questions about these terms

If anything here isn't clear, call us at (229) 479-8005 or send us a note through our Contact page. We'll explain it in plain words before you book anything.
